18k solid yellow gold! Works The crown is replaced BUT comes with original crown 18k gold! This is a vintage Patek Philippe Calatrava reference 3416 from the 1960's. The dial is original with a raised enamel signature and some spotting that is not distracting on the wrist. The strap and buckle are not patek. The crown is not smooth when winding and the watch is running but not accurately (a little), needs service to run accurately. Sold as is, no papers no box. The case is 33mm and its a very attractive watch on the wrist.
