This is a Seiko H448-5069 Duo-Display Quartz watch from the mid-1980s. This “ana-digi” style combines a classic minimalist analog dial with an integrated digital LCD screen at the bottom. Features a digital time/calendar display, dual time tracking, a stopwatch (chronograph), and an hourly time chime or daily alarm. Historical Fun Fact: Bill Gates famously wore a nearly identical variant of this exact series—the Seiko H601-5000—during Microsoft’s early years in the 1980s.

The black bezel and pushers show scattered scuffing and light scratching, and the case back and lug edges display brassing and surface scratches from normal handling over the decades. The stainless bracelet is complete and the clasp opens and closes securely, with light overall wear consistent with age.
