Everything works on watch. Strap has some issues in the last 2 photos you can see it doesn’t have the retention band to hold the extra strap. It’s missing the little metal piece that you use to hold the strap on so it won’t stay on your wrist in the current condition of the band.
The original bezel was deteriorated due to (possibly) photo degradation and thus replaced with an ordinary DW6900 bezel. The current faceplate in the watch is a normal 6900 plate colored in silver.
