Beautiful watch missing crown ! Untested Looks clean inside Note gasket fell apart when I took back off would need new gasket as well. Not sure what other issues it may potentially have as I have stated its untested . Band looks to be in excellent clean condition
Vintage Elgin Automatic Watch Date 10K RGP Bezel Germany GREAT CRYSTAL
This vintage Elgin Selfwinding (automatic) timepiece is a standout survivor from the 1960s. It features a stunning silver sunburst dial with a date window at 3 o’clock and is marked “Germany” at the base. Unlike many watches from this era, the crystal is exceptionally clear, allowing the crisp hour markers and hands to shine. The 10K Rolled Gold Plate bezel shows some honest brassing on the lugs, adding to its authentic vintage character, and the stainless steel back is marked “Waterproof.” The watch was running good but now it starts and stops which suggests it needs a cleaning
