Really cool piece of Ford history with this watch being awarded in 1958. Wittnauer partnered with Ford to make these watches specifically for them and are often referred to as mystery dials. Watch itself is in great condition with vintage wear but gold fill is not worn down. No second hand but watch keep pretty good time. Would need a service but is a beautiful and interesting addition to the collection.
Thunderbird Special Edition. “Thunderbird”. The watch has never been worn or sized, retaining its original protective shrink-wrap around the links. Features a striking teal dial with silver script text reading.

From the estate of a retired Ford Employee. Watch is ticking see video. It may want a new battery, not sure how old the battery is. Crystal is nice without scratches or scuffs. Has a stone at top of dial above UAW Logo, not sure if it is a real diamond.
