This is a Hamilton 992E Elinvar, size 16 with 21 jewels pocketwatch. The dial is 24 hour and has Canadian dial also. The numbers are big to read. The front and back screw on and off as should no issues.
Dial clean, the dirt is under the crystal, not on dial. Not in working condition. Fully wound. Need repair. balance stuff broken.
