Both Plastic front covers are present with one on the right with a small surface crack between the3 and4 on the dial. Both balance wheels do move freely with minor issues. Both small second hands do move freely with the balance wheel motion.

Scotty glow in the dark watch, it does keep time and runs, but to set time and wind is a bit stiff It maybe needs to be oiled or cleaned.
