Scotty glow in the dark watch, it does keep time and runs, but to set time and wind is a bit stiff It maybe needs to be oiled or cleaned. The crystal is cracked, but doesn’t interfere with telling time. This is a vintage watch with slight issues. It is as is, and no returns. If you are into watch repair, see my other listings.
