These cases are very common to find paired with movements produced during this era. The “Royal” 20-Year grade is the most common case produced by the factory. This lovely watch needs a watchmaker’s attention as it is not running. You can move the hands and you can attempt to wind, but it does not wind up. You can see that the crystal could use polishing. And there are some areas of the band that have wear showing, but it is functional. And the clasp is also functional. You just squeeze one end of it and slide it open to put on and then it will reclasp. So if you know how to get this watch? Running? It’s very pretty fourteen carat gold filled, and the watch band itself is ten carat gold filled over steel.
