It is not ticking. It cannot wind any further. The hands turn properly when engaged. The watch could us a good cleaning and or polishing. There are scratches on the crystal and micro scratches on the band but are typical for used watches from it’s era.
Dial: Cream dial with applied silver-tone stick index hour markers and matching silver-tone hour and minute hands for a simple classic appearance.
