It has a stainless steel snap back, marked as shown. The watch has a light gold tone face with the Silpada trademark and markers in silver. The dial is signed SILPADA / DESIGNS” in black as shown. The band is signed with the Silpada trademark and “925” on each link.

Like new; only been worn a couple times. Otherwise just been sitting on a shelf unworn and unused. Needs new battery, but other than that nothing else needed.
